Meanwhile, the State of Kerala and managements of all the government aided educational institutes are directed to comply with the directions issued by the High Court for appointment of Specially Abled candidates after counting their vacancies w.e.f. 18.11.2018 onwards and complete the selection/appointment process of these candidates without any delay. A compliance affidavit be filed before this Court in this regard.

Meanwhile, provisionally appointed teachers may not be relieved provided that there are sufficient vacancies available for appointment of specially abled candidates, as directed above.

Upon being mentioned, the Registry is directed to list Diary No.20364/2023, subject to removal of defects, if any, on 17.05.2023.
