We have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

Mr. Shibashish Misra, learned counsel for the State states that the State authorities have not yet received notice in the special leave petitions and he wants four weeks' time to obtain instructions and file response.

Petitioner will serve a copy of the S.L.P. on Mr. Shibashish Misra, learned counsel for the State, by tomorrow.
