The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.01.2016 with an office report dated 23.01.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"Delay in filing the special leave petitions is condoned subject to payment of Rs.5,000/, as costs, with the Supreme Court Employees' Mutual Welfare Fund, within two weeks from today. Application(s) seeking exemption from filing c/c of the impugned order is allowed. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No. 24745/2015. In the meantime, contempt proceedings, if any, shall not be proceeded with. "
Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 12.02.2016 Ms. Ananga Bhattacharyya, Advocate has on 06.04.2016 filed vakalatanama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but has not filed counter affidavit, so far. Nothing has been received from Respondent No. 2, so far.
Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 2.

Application seeking exemption from filing c/c of the impugned order is allowed. Issue notice. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted. Tag with SLP(C) No. 24745/2015. In the meantime, contempt proceedings, if any, shall not be proceeded with. "
Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 21.03.2016 and dasti notice was also issued to counsel for the petitioner on 19.03.2016. Ms. Ananga Bhattacharyya, Advocate has on 06.04.2016 filed vakalatanama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but has not filed counter affidavit, so far.
It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 27.04.2016 filed affidavit with proof of service in respect of both Respondents. As per the affidavit service is complete.
Service of show cause notice is complete on both respondents.
