Service is complete on all the respondents. Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the appearing respondents to file the counter affidavit who have not filed as yet. After expiry of four weeks, list the matters before the Hon'ble Court.
However, Ms. Surbhi Mehta, Ld. Counsel for both the respondents in SLP(C) No. 15594/2016 has stated that she is adopting the counter affidavit filed by respondent Nos. 8 and 9 in connected SLP(C) Nos. 24745/2015. This is taken on record.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioners has failed to file the spare copies for issuance of notice to the respondents despite Hon'ble Court's Order dated 1.7.2016 and 23.09.2016 respectively. As per postal tracking report notice issued to the respondent No.1 has been received back with postal remarks "Left India". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period in compliance with the rules governing the subject.

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps to bring on record the LR of deceased Respondent No. 10 who is reported to be dead. Counsel appearing for all the Respondent has not filed counter-affidavit so far.
Service is not complete on Respondent No. 10.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers on 09.12.2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order:-
"Learned counsel appearing for the appellant prays for and is granted two weeks' further time to file the spare copies of the SLP paper-books for issuance of show cause notice to the unserved respondent."
