The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 10.04.2015 passed by the Hon'ble Central Administrative

Tribunal at Bangalore in O.A. No. 706 of 2014.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 223 days in filing SLP against order dated

10.04.2015 and counsel has filed application for condonation of delay in filing the same.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 24745 of 2015 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.08.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of order dated 21.08.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 28.09.2016 filed requisite photocopy of letter dated 30.09.2014 in view of undertaking letter dated 28.03.2016 (copy of undertaking letter dated 28.03.2016 is annexed at page no. 118 of SLP paper books) with letter dated 12.02.2015 as additional documents. Copy of the same are being circulated for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
