UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

The first petitioner in SLP (C) No. 2045 of 2019, Osman Tarmamad Sida, has passed away on 20^th January, 2021. IA No.107260 of 2021 is at the instance of the widow and two sons of late Osman Tarmamad Sida seeking substitution in his place. There are two summarker applications being IA No. 107261 of 2021 for condonation of 1601 display and IA No. 121233 of 2021 for setting aside abatement.

Having heard learned counsel for the applicants and considering the cause shown, delay is condoned and abatement is set aside.

The applicants, viz. the widow and two sons of late Osman Tarmamad Sida shall be brought on record as substituted petitioners in place of the deceased first petitioner.

The aforementioned applications, thus, stand allowed.

Office will incorporate requisite amendments within two weeks from this date. Thereafter, the special leave petition may be listed before the appropriate bench.
