It is submitted that Mr.Sonal Jain, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 1.4.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 15.10.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 288/2015, 4064/2014, 4166 to 4193, 4195, 4198 to 4205, 4207 to 4209, 4211 to 4216, 4218, 4220, 4222 to 4223, 6434 to 6436, 6438 to 6439, 6442 to 6444, 6448 to 6449, 6451, 6454, 6456 to 6458, 6460 to 6461, 6464, 6440 of 2013 and 365 to 366 of 2015 alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner No. 3 namely Paramjit in RFA No. 4170/2013, Petitioner No. 1 namely Jagdev Singh in RFA No. 4171/2013, petitioner No. 7 namely Dyal Singh in RFA No. 4179/2013, petitioner No. 9 namely Jagrup Singh in RFA No. 4182/2013, petitioner No. 2 and 3 namely Gurjant Singh in RFA no. 4193/2013, petitioner no. 1 and 2 namely Shivji Singh in RFA No. 4201/2013, petitioner No. 1 namely Jangir Kaur in RFA No. 4203/2013, petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 namely jangir Kaur, Gurjant Singh and Amrik Singh, petitioner No. 3 namely Shardul Singh in RFA No. 4222/2013, petitioner No. 4 namely Gobind Singh in RFA No. 6443/2013, petitioner No. 1 namely Mukhtiar Kaur in RFA No. 6451/2013, petitioner No. 4 namely Amarjeet Kaur in RFA No. 6454/2013, petitioner No. 2, 16 and 38 namely Joginder Singh, Karnail Singh and Bhola Singh in RFA No. 6461/2013, petitioner No. 1 namely Ajmer Kaur in RFA No. 6640/2013 which is barred by time by 427, 71, 3924, 610, 364 and 322, 4188 and 404, 4720, 2729, 364 and 322, 10, 5156, 856, 870, 22, 404, 1611, 684 days and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 73 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 102 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 175 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No.2807728094/2016 Entitled Karnail Singh Etc. Etc. Versus STATE OF PUNJAB AND ORS. ETC arising out of common order was directed on 9.9.2016 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 9.9.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
