Respondent No.1 is duly represented.

As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice in respect $#$ espondent Nos. 2 to 5.

At this stage, it is pointed out by the Ld. Counsel for petitioner that as per order of the Hon'ble Court dated 22.7.2022 notice was issued only through the State of Jharkhand through Ld.

Standing Counsel for the purpose of informing the Court whether the State has or proposes to file any Special Leave Petition against the impugned judgment.

The said submission made by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is found to be correct.

Further it is found that service upon Ld. Standing Counsel was duly effected and State of Jharkhand is duly represented.

Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that he is yet to receive instructions whether the SLP against the impugned judgment is to be filed by the State of Jharkhand or not. Ld. Counsel may seek instructions and inform the Hon'ble Court accordingly.

List the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per order dated 22.7.2022 of the Hon'ble Court.
