It is submitted that Mr. Vikas Mehta, Advocate has on 14th September, 2015 filed Counter Affidavit only in SLP(C) No. 19133 of 2012 and the same is included in the paper books. Mr. Vikas Mehta, Advocate has not filed Vakalatnama/Memo of Appearance on behalf of Lrs. of Deceased sole Respondent so far. Rejoinder Affidavit has not been filed in SLP(C) No. 19133 of 2012 so far.
