Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 16.8.2014 through registered A.D. Post. Ms. Rachana Joshi Issar, Advocate has on 9.9.2014 entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2 but she has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been recieved back from respondent no. 1 so far.
