The Special Leave Petitions above-mentioned have been filed by Mr. Subramonium Prasad, Advocate against the Judgment and Final Orders dated 05.03.2013 and 08.04.2013 of the National Consumer Disputes Redrerssal Commission, New Delhi in First Appeal No. 373 of 2011 and Review Petition No. 77 of 2013 respectively.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 541 and 507 days respectively in both the orders in filing the SLP and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the said SLP.

It is lastly submitted that Special Leave Petition (Civil) Nos. 17133-17134 of 2013 arising out of common order is pending before this Hon'ble Court and the Court on 10.05.2013 has directed to issue notice. (Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 10.05.2013 is enclosed herewith).
