We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order passed by the High Court admitting the writ petition and granting the interim order.
In these facts and circumstances, we are not inclined to erfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed. However, considering the facts and circumstances, we request the High Court
to decide pending writ petition itself on merits expeditiously but not later than three months from today.
