Learned counsel for the parties are agreeable to refer the dispute to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre in order to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties.

Accordingly, we direct the parties to appear before the Supreme court Mediation Centre on 12th July, 2022 at 11 a.m. Coordinator Supreme court Mediation Centre shall complete the process of mediation and submit a Report of the Mediation to the Registry of this Court .
