The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 3.1.2013 with an office report dated 2.1.2013, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

''Delay condoned. Notice, returnable in four weeks' time. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.'' Accordingly, common show cause notice was issued to all the

respondents on 22.1.2013 through Regd. A.D. post.

It is submitted that Dr. Nafis Ahmad Siddiqui and Ms. Nidhi, Advocates have put in appearance on behalf of respondents viz, Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. and Smt. Radhika, common in all SLPs, respectfully, but have not filed counter affidavit, so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete through District Court as well as Regd. A. D. post except on respondent No. 4, namely, B. Naryana Holla (deceased) in SLP (C) No. 890/2013.

Thereafter, the matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar on 17.9.2013 with an office report dated 16.9.2013 when he was pleased to pass the following order :

''It is submitted that Respondent No.1 proposes to appear through Mr. A. Siddiqui,Advocate and seeks time for filing Vakalatnama and Counter Affidavit. Granted.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that consequent to the designation of the counsel who had filed Vakalatnama now as Senior Counsel, steps for alternate arrangement is proposed to be taken. Take steps.

In the meanwhile, take steps to bring the Lrs. of Respondent No.6 on record also.

List the matter on 27.11.2013.''

It is further submitted that respondent No. 4 viz, B. Naryana Holla in SLP (C) No. 890/2013 has been deceased, whose wrongly stated as respondent No. 6 in the above Order, but Counsel for the petitioner has not filed application to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased respondent No. 4, so far.

It is lastly submitted that Dr.(Mrs.) Vipin Gupta, Advocate filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of petitioners.
