The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 2.8.2016 when the following order was passed :

" The respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 10.05.2016 of this Court in respect of the respondent Nos.2 & 3. List the matter again on

14.09.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order, Ms. Archana Pathak Dave, Advocate has not filed Counter Affidavit so far for respondent No.1. A.D. card duly signed has been received from Respondent No. 2 namely Surjit Kaur but she has not chosen to enter appearance so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has taken fresh steps for service of unserved respondent No. 3. Fresh notice was issued on 02.09.2016 to respondent no. 3. As per tracking report, as on 6.9.2016 item delivered attempted 'Door locked/first intimation' and as on 9.9.2016 item delivered to 'Binewal'.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
