The advocate who had entered appearance on behalf of the appellants is reportedly dead. Appellant nos. 7,14,17 are yet to be served and the office report indicates that Appellant nos. 18,20-22 reside out of India. On behalf of the served applicants Mr. Jasbir Singh Malik, has entered appearance and has extended his cooperation by furnishing the correct addresses of the unserved appellants to facilitate service of fresh notice. It shall be done within a period of two weeks from today. Registry shall thereafter issue fresh notice to the unserved appellants.
