It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petitions are filed by Mr. S.K. Sabharwal, Advocate on 22.7.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.3.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 1034, 3271, 4886, 2438, 2439, 3269, 3270, 3272, 3273 and 3274 of 2010.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 19 days in filing the SLP against the RFA No. 1034/2010 and remaining 9 RFA Nos. are within time, ii(and there is a delay of 31 days in refiling the SLP against all the RFA Nos.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 27061 of 2014 Entitled Paramjit Singh Virk Versus Haryana State & Anr. as both are arising out of common followed Judgment.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
