It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that these matters have been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 17.02.2016, 24.02.2016, 01.04.2016 and 02.05.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in LPA Nos. 855/2015, 74, 76, 91, 56, 66, 68, 70, 212 and 272 of 2016. The matters were initially filed on 24.05.2016. The matters were found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 12.09.2016 refiled the matters after curing the defects which are barred by time by 82 days (registered as I.A. Nos. 1-10). Counsel for the petitioner has also filed applications for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and permission to file additional documents (unregistered). All the applications have been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 21110/2015 filed against Order dated 14.10.2014 in WP © 4604/2013, referred to on page no. 16, para 14 of Impugned Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22.02.2016 , when the Court was pleased to grant leave. Accordingly the same has been registered as Civil Appeal No. 1663/2016. Copy of order dated 22.02.2016 is enclosed herewith.

It is lastly submitted that the matters were mentioned were before Hon'ble Court on 19.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Post on Friday i.e. 23.09.2016 before an appropriate Bench."
