SLP (C) NO.11244/2023

Despite due service on respondent nos.1 to 5, there is no appearance.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

SLP(C) Nos. 11498-11502/2023

Spare copies has been filed in respect of contesting respondents. Notice be issued.

An application for deletion has been filed in respect of proforma respondents. Said IA be placed before Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further direction.

SLP(C) Nos. 11447-11449/2023

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent no.5 in SLP(C)No.11447/23 to file counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, is granted to cure the defects in vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent no.8 in SLP(C)No.11447/23 and also to file counter affidavit.

An application for deletion has been filed in respect of proforma respondent. Said IA be placed before Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further direction.

Spare copies has been filed in respect of remaining respondents. Notice be issued.

Ld. Counsel for respondent no.4 submits that counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of said respondent today only copy of which has been supplied to the petitioner in the open court.

Despite due service on respondent nos.1 to 4, there is no appearance. However, Mr. Mohit D. Ram, Ld. AOR submits that vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of respondent no.4 yesterday. Registry to verify and if so filed, four weeks time, is granted for filing counter affidavit.

After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

Four weeks time, is granted to cure the defects in vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent no.4 and also to file counter affidavit.

Despite due service on respondent nos.1 to 3 and 6, there is no appearance.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent no.5.

Despite due service on respondent nos.1 to 4, there is no appearance. However, Mr. Rishabh Sharma, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Shantanu Sagar, Ld. AOR seeks for time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.4. One week time, is granted to file vakalatnama and four weeks time, is granted for filing counter affidavit.
