Despite service being complete, none has entered appearance for respondent nos.1 to 3 and 6.

Respondent no.4 has already filed counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner, to

take fresh steps to issue notice to respondent no.5.

List again on 04.08.2025.

Respondent no.3 in SLP(C) No.11498 to 11500/2023 have failed to file counter affidavit despite the grant of last opportunity vide this Court's order dated 04.01.2024. Hence, further opportunity to file counter affidavit is declined.

All other appearing respondents have filed counter affidavits.

Despite service being complete, none has entered appearance for remaining respondents.

Ld. Counsel appearing for HDFC Bank Ltd. submits that he will be adopting the counter affidavit filed by the the said respondent in other connected matters. Let the submission be taken on record.
