It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 19.03.2013 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in L.A. App No. 54/2013. The matter initially filed on 02.11.2015 is barred by time by 868 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 07.12.2015 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 7 days. Counsel for the petitioner has filed applications for permission to file additional documents and exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order and the same have been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 5480-5486/2013 @ Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 22279-22285/2013 arising out of common relied upon order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.07.2013, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave. Copy of order dated 08.07.2013 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of judgment/ order/ award/ Annexures/ GOs/Notification letters dated 19.03.2011, 13.12.2004 and 20.04.2015. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 07.12.2015 and the same has been placed at Page No. 103 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

The matter alongwith applications above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
