It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to both the respondents by registered A.D. post on 01.12.2016. Mr. B.K. Prasad and Ms. Garima Prashad Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 respectively but they have not filed counter-affidavit so far.
