Now, insofar as the challenge to the impugned order dated 11.04.2022 passed by the High Court in Contempt Case No. 1436 of 2020 is concerned, as the proceedings are pending before the High Court, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s) seeks permission to withdraw the present Special Leave Petition(s) by submitting that the petitioner(s) shall appear before the High Court in the contempt proceedings and will contest the contempt petition in accordance with law and on its own merits.
