UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Respondent Nos. 1 to 14, 16 to 21, 23 to 25, 27, 28, 30, 31 and 33 to 35 have been served, but no one has entered appearance.

As per the service/track report, Respondent No. 32 has refused to accept notice. Hence, service is deemed complete.

Fresh steps be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner for service on respondent No. 26 within two weeks' time. Thereafter, notice be issued.

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent No. 29 for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos. 15 and 22 have expired. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to move an appropriate application $\hbox{\tt for}$ Sotitution within two weeks' time.
