The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 14th October, 2014, 15th October, 2014 and 19th September, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W. P. Nos. 30552, 30753 of 2014 and W. P. No. 40480 of 2012.

SLP (C) Nos. 31800-31801/2014:

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP (C) No. 12398 of 2014 arising out of common followed Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9 th May, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and granting stay. Now, the matter is fixed for 5 th January, 2015. (Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 9th May, 2014 is enclosed herewith).

SLP (C) No. 32016/2014:

It is submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) Nos. 31800-31801 of 2014 as both are arising out of common relied upon Order.

It is further submitted that counsel for the Petitioner has on 19th November, 2014 filed a letter stating therein that the Orders dated 29.07.2011, 20.01.2012, 31.07.2012, 20.09.2012 are not required at this stage of hearing. (Copy of said letter is included at Page No. 84 of the SLP paper books)

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
