The Special Leave Petitions above-mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and final Order dated 24th February, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in W.P. Nos. 13824 and 8119 of 2013.

The matters were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 22nd September, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"List only these matters on Friday, the 26th September, 2014."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay have been filed as there is a delay of 110 days in filing both special leave petitions.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 12398 of 2014 in which Judgment of instant matter has been relied upon by High Court was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9 th May, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and granted stay. Now the said matter is to be listed on 17th October, 2014. (Copy of Record of Proceeding dated 9 th May, 2014 is annexed as Annexure P-5 (Page No. 70) of the SLP paper books.)

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 24857 of 2014 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22nd September, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and grant stay and further direct to tag this matter with SLP (C) No. 12398 of 2014. (Copy of Record of Proceeding dated 22nd September, 2014 is enclosed herewith)

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
