The Special Leave Petition above-mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 7 th August, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.P.No. 22563 of 2014.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that the said matter is tagged with SLP(C)....C.C.No. 16153-16154 of 2014 as both are arising out of relied upon judgment by the High Court.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 19th September, 2014 filed a letter stating therein that the order dated 20-9-2012 is not required at this stage and this order, act and regulations have already been produced before the Hon'ble Court in the SLP(C)...C.C. No. 15391-15394 of 2014. Copy of said letter is enclosed herewith.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
