Heard learned counsel for the parties.
There are four Dental Colleges in the State of Orissa and we had directed the Policy Planning Body (PPB) in charge of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) to provide sufficient number of students to be admitted to the Dental Course. The Authorit
was not in a position to provide sufficient number of candidates for Dental College admissions. We are told that there are about 178 vacancies in Bachelor of Dental Sciences course in the four Dental Colleges in the State of Orissa. The Authority was not in a position to provide students to fill up these seats in spite of granting sufficient time.

Under the above circumstances, we permit the four Dental Colleges to admit qualified students on the basis of merit inter se, under the supervision of the Policy Planning Body in charge of Joint Entrance Examination. The admission process shall be completed within a period of ten days.
I.A.No.3 is disposed of accordingly.
