2. These matters are covered by a decision of this Court in Modern Dental College and Research Centre and Another v. State of Madhya Pradesh and Others, (2016) 7 SCC 353, which holds field as on date.

3. It was brought to our notice that there are certain subsequent amendments. In case, any person is aggrieved by the validity of the said amendments, they are free to question the same in appropriate proceedings.

4. In view of the above, these appeals, writ petitions and special leave petitions are disposed of following the decision rendered by this Court in Modern Dental (supra), which takes care of the issues.
