It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Surya Kant, Advocate on 04.07.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 21.03.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RSA No. 5060 of 2011.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copy of agreement dated 04.07.1998 and order dated 18.11.1991 and 08.12.1992. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 04.07.2016 (Letter is enclosed in paper books at page no.86) stating therein that the same are not necessary for adjudication of the case and has undertaken to produce the same at the time of hearing, if required by the Hon'ble Court and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
