" Service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are awaited and as per tracking report notice issued to the respondent No.6 could not be served and returned back undelivered.

Mr. Gurjit Singh Raikay, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks service through Trial Court in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to 6. His request is acceded to. He may file the particulars of the Trial Court and take fresh steps within a period of two weeks. Thereafter, notice be issued to the concerned Trial Court.

List again on 5.4.2017."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has taken steps for issuance of fresh show cause notice to unserved Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 by furnishing fresh particular of Trial Court and filing spare copies, show cause notice for all the 6 respondents has been issued through Trial Court on 26.03.2014.

Service is awaited.
