The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Issue notice. In the meantime, the operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, show cause notice has been issued to all the six respondents in this matter through Regd. A.D. Post on 04.08.2016. As per tracking report items for Respondent No. 1, 2 & 6 has been delivered to New Delhi GPO and items for Respondent No. 5 has been delivered to Ambala City HO and as per tracking report of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 bag dispatched to Daheru but neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of all the respondents so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
