Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the 7 Respondents on 10.05.2016/19.07.2016 through registered A.D./ Speed Post. Mr. R. P. Mehrotra, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 but has not filed Counter Affidavit so far and as per tracking report of Speed Post Respondent No. 7 has been served but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far. Notice on Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 has been received with the remarks " Missent"

Service of Notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 5 & 6.

It is submitted that Ms. Kamakshi S. Mehalwal, Advocate has filed two applications for intervention and the same has been registered as I.A.Nos. 32 & 33 are being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
