In SLP(C) No. 6980/2021- Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to file the counter affidavit.

In SLP(C) No. 6981/2021 - Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to file the counter affidavit.

In terms of Hon'ble Court's Order dated 11.5.2021 and Registrar Court's Order dated 2.3.2022, Ld. Counsel for petitioner has failed to file spare copy for issuance of notice.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner seeks and is granted two weeks time, as last chance to file the spare copy, failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders. List thereafter.

In case of compliance, list the matter before this Court on 15.7.2022.
