It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has neither furnished fresh address nor filed spare copy in respect of respondent no. 2 in SLP No. 19822/2015, so far. It may be mentioned here that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copy but has not furnished fresh address of respondent No. 2 in SLP No. 19823/2015 since, as per tracking report of postal authority (Copy enclosed), unserved notice is received at New Delhi GPO with no postal remarks in respect of respondent No. 2 in SLP No. 19823/2015. Hence, notice could not be issued.
It is further submitted that no one has put appearance on behalf of duly served respondents, so far.
It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has taken fresh steps in respect of unserved respondent in SLP No. 19835/2015 and 20655/2015.
Service is not complete in SLP(C) Nos. 19822, 19823, 19835 and 20655 of 2015.
