The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 11th September, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in W.P No. 13115 of 2015 and 12944 of 2015.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 169 days in filing both the Special Leave Petitions and counsel for the Petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petitions.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 7964 of 2016 arising out of common order is pending before the Hon'ble Court. The matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th March, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to order "Issue notice returnable within six weeks". (A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 14th March, 2016 is enclosed herewith). The matter is now fixed for 19th July, 2016.

It is also submitted that SLP(C)..CC No. 10981 of 2016 is tagged with SLP(C)..CC No. 10846 of 2016 as both matters are arising out of common order.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
