UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Ms. Nidhi, learned counsel submits that the respondent No. 1 has approached the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee and the legal aid lawyer shall be provided to him shortly.
The counsel for the petitioner points out while considering the prayer of the respondent No. 1 for suspension of execution of sentence, the High Court has granted interim relief to him on 15.09.2022.
