UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0$ R D E R
- Heard Mr. Nikhil Goel, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Manisha Luvkumar, learned Additional Advocate Signament all for the State of Gujarat.
By an interim order dated 22.07.2024 this Court had directed the State of Gujarat to comply with the directions issued by the learned Single Judge of the High Court in paragraph 20 of the order dated 26.02.2024.
3. Ms. Manisha Luvkumar, states that pursuant to the orders passed by the Court dated 22.07.2024 all the petitioners have been admitted to the courses and they are undergoing their courses.
4. Ms. Manisha Lavkumar, vehemently submits that the learned Single Judge has exceeded its jurisdiction, which was rightly corrected by the learned Division Bench of the High Court.
5. In the peculiar facts and circumstances, to which an elaborate reference has been made by the learned Single Judge, we do not wish to go into the merit of the matter.
6. While directing the regularization of the admission of the petitioners, we keep all the questions open.
7. We, however, direct that the case of the petitioners should not be treated as a precedent and whenever such an occasion arise, the Court would decide it on its own merits, in accordance with law.
8. With the above observations and directions, the special leave petition is disposed of.
9. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
