As per office report dated 30.3.2016 learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed proper affidavit of dasti service in respect of respondent nos. 5 and 6. However, learned counsel submits that he has already filed letter of the Senior Post Master, Vadodra, Head Quarter, in respect of respondent Nos. 5 and 6 stating therein that the notices have been delivered to the said respondents. Service is sufficient for respondent nos. 5 and 6.
