UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The matter has been placed before the Bench on the note that some of the respondents have not been served. The petitioners being State and the respondents being its employees, the Court directs that it shall be the duty of the petitioners to ensure that ature Not Verifie wice is made on all the remaining respondents.
Learned counsel appearing for some of the respondents draw the attention of the Court to order dated 17.09.2021 by which certain interim directions were given.
Learned counsel for the respondents has taken a stand that the same has not been complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order has not been complied with, as there are some issues. The Court would make it absolutely clear that under no circumstances, any order passed by the Court can remain uncomplied with.
Accordingly, let affidavits be filed within four weeks by the Principal Secretaries of the Departments concerned showing compliance, failing which the Court may take Suo Moto notice with regard to non-compliance of the order.
