Respondent Nos.1-38,39, 40-54, 56-62, 64-69, 81-84, & 94- 118 Signature Not Verified $\mathbf{a}$ already filed the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 63, 70-77, 79-80, 86, 88, 89, 91 & 93 but none has entered appearance on their behalf.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioners has failed to take fresh steps for the service of notice to respondent Nos.55, 78, 85, 87, 90 & 92 despite opportunities.

On request of Ld. Counsel for petitioners, two weeks time as last and final opportunity is given to do the needful, failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.

In case of compliance, list the matter again before this Court on 18.11.2022.
