31st July, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Application for leave to appeal under Section 31(1) of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, is granted.

Application for exemption from filing O.T. is allowed. Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the civil appeal by Speed Post, returnable on 1st October, 2015.

By way of an ad-interim relief it is directed that a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only), which has been awarded by way of compensation, need not be paid at this stage. But other amount payable by the petitioners to the respondent shall be paid."

It is submitted that the counsel for the appellant has not filed the sparies copies of the petition of appeal, with the result, notice could not be issued so far.

The service of show cause notice in this matter is incomplete.
