UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Application for leave to appeal under Section 31(1) of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, is granted.

Application for exemption from filing O.T. is allowed

Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the civil appeal by Speed Post, returnable on 1st October, 2015.

By way of an ad-interim relief it is directed that a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only), which has been awarded by way of compensation, need not be paid at this stage. But other amount payable by the petitioners to the respondent shall be paid. Signature Not Verified
