UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. We are of the view, that for an effective consideration of the controversy raised in this matter, it is essential to be assisted on behalf of the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority.
2. We would therefore request Mr. Sunil Chopra, Principal Legal Consultant, National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, who is present in Court in person, to assist us in the determination of the present controversy, along with an officer as he may consider appropriate, on the next date of hearing.
3. Post for hearing on 02.05.2017. To be taken up at serial no.1.
4. Mr. Sunil Chopra, Principal Legal Consultant, National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority is directed to remain present in Court in person, along with the other officer, and necessary records, to assist this Court.
