No.9 in WP(C) No.423/2003 This is an application by the petitioners for grant of leave to amend the writ petition. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the leave prayed for should be granted. The application is accordingly allowed and the petitioners are permitted to amend the writ petition. The amended writ petition be filed within two weeks. Counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents be filed within next four weeks. Put up after six weeks.
