Perused affidavit dated 24.11.2012 of Shri D.S.Kalha, Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi.

Learned Additional Solicitor General says that the notification based on the decision taken by the Cabinet on National Pharmaceuticals Pricing Policy, 2012 will be issued and placed before the Court within a period of two weeks.

In view of the statement of the learned ASG, further hearing of the case is adjourned to 12.12.2012.
