Despite due service on respondent nos.6 to 20, there is no appearance.

Respondent nos.1 to 3 have failed to file counter affidavit, within the time stipulated under the rules. Two weeks time, as a last and final opportunity is granted to file counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent no.5 to file counter affidavit.

As requested, weeks time is granted to Mr. Atul Babasaheb Dakh, Ld. AOR to cure the defects in vakalatnama filed on behalf of Lr. nos.4.1 to 4.5 of deceased respondent no.4 and also to file counter affidavit.

If defects cured, after the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
