1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1.

2. The appellant has preferred the present appeal against the acquittal rendered by the High Court, overturning the conviction rendered by the Trial Court. The Trial Court had convicted the accused - respondent No. 2 under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. After going through the impugned judgment passed by the High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, we do not find any perversity that would warrant our interference with the view taken by the High Court in the impugned order. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.
