The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22nd July 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted."

There are total 47 Respondents in the said matters. Show cause notice was issued to all the 47 Respondents. Sole Respondent in SLP No.20238/2016 is represented through through M/s. Gagrat & Co., Advocates and Sole Respondent in SLP Nos.20241 & 20242/2016 is represented through M/s. Khaitan & Co., Advocates, who have already filed Caveat/ Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf, but has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Dasti Notices were also given to the Counsel for the Petittioner for effecting service on the said Respondents.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 23rd August 2016 filed Affidavit of Dasti Service alongwith Proof of Service which shows that notice has been served on all the remaining 45 Respondents (Sole Respondent in each SLP and common sole respodent in some of the SLPs). Service of Notice is complete but no one has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of the said respondents.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report Dated this the 24th Day of August, 2016.
