It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice was issued to all the 4 respondents through Registered AD post. Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of all the 4 respondents. She has also filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and same has been included in SLP Paper Books. Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 has not been filed so far.

It is further submitted that the sole petitioner expired on 17.11.2014 and Advocate for petitioner has filed an application for substitution of Lrs. with Vakalatnama/Appearance. The said application was registered as I.A. No. 3 & it was placed before the Ld. Registrar and the same was allowed by the Ld. Registrar. Accordingly Cause Title has been amended & placed in SLP Paper Books.
